I can hardly believe that this year's Extra Life Marathon is only two weeks away! I feel like I haven't done nearly enough this year to promote the charity or how hard my team members have been working to raise awareness. I'm going to shift gears, so buckle up!
What you can expect to see here in my blog in the coming weeks:
- At least one entry about LOTRO's Harvestmath Festival
- The long-postponed team member interviews I've had the text for but have been too lazy to format/edit/add photos. (I should have made the team members provide their own photos...)
- The equally long-postponed entry about my Mount Addiction in RIFT.
- Probably an entry about the new stuff in RIFT's Autumn Harvest Festival, and possibly also something about the new Mage Soul, Mystic Archer (if I decide to buy it -- but it uses a bow, so I think you know the answer to that).
- At least one more update about Costume Quest to compare scores with Green Owl.
- A poll about games I should play/blog about for the Marathon Day.
- An entry about my favorite, not-so-popular game everyone should play for Halloween. (Can you guess what it is?)
That's certainly a lot... At least if I don't get to everything I can say I still did plenty! My plan is to go ahead with the 24-hour Marathon on November 4th even though I'm unable to stream any of it. I will, however, be in the Steam group chat for the public group Snarkqueen #ForTheKids -- and I invite anyone and everyone to join in and follow my adventures throughout the day!
